The Baltic Sea area, also known as the Baltic Sea, is the youngest sea on our planet and was formed around 10,000 to 15,000 years before our era, when the glaciers of the last ice age receded. It is located in the north of Europe and is surrounded by the countries of Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Russia and Sweden.
